VERY IMPORTANT BE PREPARED
The last time a management change happened we had a lot of trouble gaining access to the units after the card machines were deactivated. If you wait until the last minute and we can't get in we can't help you. You can terminate your contract with Charlestowne immediately and we can make the conversion. It will be done on a first come first serve basis.

Provide keys for unit, mail to Propertywatch, 209 Rice Mill Circle, Sunset Beach,NC 28468
If the unit has electronic Locks
Our maintenance department will remove the electronic locks and install conventional locks and deadbolts. We will store the removed hardware until you have the opportunity to pick them up. The cost is $195 per door.
Installation of Internet
You must contact, ATMC your cable carrier Customer Service ,1-888-367-2862 or 910-754-4311, tell them you wish to install internet. Tell them you are in the Propertywatch program and have them send the modem to the Sunset Beach Office. I will pick it up and install it for you otherwise ATMC will charge you $50.00. You must have an upgraded cable package , basic cable is not sufficient.
Setting up VRBO and Home Away
If you plan to take the inquiries from the internet and answer phone inquiries you have 2 options. OPTION 1: You can contact www.vrbo.com or www.home away.com direct and set up your site. After you have done so provide us with your property ID and we will set the link up on our website. You pay them direct. OPTION 2: We will do it for you, set up the site and pay them for your annual membership and we will charge your credit card plus our fee of $95.00. We will send you an invoice . We must have your credit card on file.
