• As a membership organization, Propertywatch provides its member owners with all services they require to rent and service their property.
• We help you maximize your rentals especially in off peak seasons.
• Free promotional video linked to your VRBO or other internet site.
• A Welcome Packet containing essentials for your renter when you purchase our
Linen and Cleaning Package (3 day or longer rental minimum).
• We provide personalized service to your guests -- meet and greet your renter to verify identity and review rules and regulations.
• We have maintenance personnel to assist in anything that may need fixed, replaced, etc.
• Secure storage and distribution of unit keys.
• When the renter is in your unit we are their contact and available.
• No contracts, if you are unhappy with our services you can walk away with no
hassle.
• We charge O% commissions.
• Owners can use their own linen during their stay and clean the unit to our specs with NO Charge.
