We offer a Preventative Maintenance Contract to be performed twice a year. This maintenance will helpkeep your energy costs down and prolong the life of your system. We service ALL brands of equipment.
As a Contract customer you will also reap the benefits of being a preferred customer. NO Overtime Fees!
If a problem should arise and any parts or services you would need are discounted at least 10%

Larger Units /Homes call for Pricing Paid in Quarterly Increments
MONTHLY INSPECTION: OPTIONAL
In the slow season when rentals may be less frequent, we have a monthly (or more if you desire) inspection tour of your unit or home to make sure it is secure. It includes a walkthrough of your grounds (homes) inspection of the interior check for water leaks, running toilets or anything out of the ordinary.
We contact you with an email report and phone call on the status.
$15.00 Charge per additional inspections at your request.
During the high rental season this will not be necessary (with the exception of our members with homes) since we will be in your units frequently with renters.
MAINTENANCE OPTIONS: Our maintenance personnel are all Sea Trail Property Owners with a vested interest in maintaining Sea Trail properties. Starting Sept 1, 2011 we will be expanding our maintainance services to Non Member owners.
Members will receive additional discounts for the expanded services.
We do not make any repairs (unless an extreme emergency) without your approval.
